  • Healthcare: Medical aid, health camps, nutrition initiatives, sanitation and hygiene programs
  • Women Empowerment: Self-help initiatives, financial literacy, training programs
  • Livelihood: Entrepreneurship support, vocational training, community development
  • Rural Development: Access to clean water, infrastructure enhancement, housing support
  • Environment: Tree plantation, waste management, renewable energy, sustainability initiatives
  • Disaster Response: Emergency relief, rehabilitation, essential supplies
  • Social Welfare: Programs for children, elderly and vulnerable communities

All projects will align with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

6. Due Diligence and Compliance

BE ACT Foundation follows a strict due diligence framework before onboarding CSR partners, ensuring compliance with:

  • Mandatory reporting requirements
  • Financial audit frameworks

Documents shared with partners may include:

  • Trust registration certificate
  • PAN details
  • Bank information
  • Registration under relevant sections (if applicable)
  • Past reports, audits and project impact documents

7. Fund Utilisation and Financial Reporting

All CSR funds will be:

  • Utilised strictly for approved project purposes
  • Allocated as per agreed budgets
  • Monitored through financial tracking systems
  • Supported by Utilisation Certificates (UCs) and expense statements
  • Audited as per foundation’s internal and statutory audit processes

Partners will receive:

  • Quarterly progress updates
  • Annual financial statements
  • Impact reports with measurable indicators

8. Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Measurement

A robust monitoring framework ensures project quality and impact integrity:

  • Pre-assessment of community needs
  • Defined KPIs and outcome indicators
  • Field visits and periodic monitoring
  • Documentation of progress and case stories
  • Final impact assessment at project completion

Partner representatives are welcome to visit program sites during implementation.

9. Branding, Communication & Visibility

CSR partner branding will follow mutually agreed guidelines.

Visibility may include:

  • Co-branded project materials
  • Press releases (where appropriate)
  • Social media highlights
  • Annual report features
  • Event participation

All communication will be transparent and aligned with ethical standards.

10. Confidentiality

All non-public business, financial or strategic information shared between BE ACT Foundation and its partners will remain confidential unless written permission is provided for disclosure.

The foundation reserves the right to modify or update this CSR Partnership Policy at any time to ensure compliance with regulations and organisational needs.
